Cindy Chen Derkacz brings a unique perspective to the fashion and retail industry, combining executive leadership, creative product development, and a passion for building meaningful business relationships.
Her career includes leadership roles at QVC, Walmart, and the Accessories Council, where she has worked with leading designers, emerging brands, and major retailers to develop innovative products, grow businesses, and create strategic partnerships.
With experience on both the retail and brand sides of the industry, Cindy understands what it takes to turn creative ideas into commercial success.
She founded C2D Consulting to bring her industry knowledge, extensive network, and hands-on approach directly to brands looking to grow.
A proud Purdue University graduate, Cindy is actively involved with the local Purdue Alumni Club. She lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband, son, dog, and cat. Outside of work, you'll often find her in the kitchen, cooking for family and friends.
